The players have to play a set of five games, the first player to win three games, wins the set.
Game 1: Map - The Pit [2] Free Pick GDI or Nod
Game 2: Homemap of game 1s loser - Free Pick GDI or Nod
Game 3: Homemap of game 1s winner - Free Pick GDI or Nod
Game 4: Homemap of game 1s loser - Free Pick GDI or Nod
Game 5: Homemap of game 1s winner - Free Pick GDI or Nod
The games have to be played on cnc:net and be recorded by a 3rd person. Incase it is impossible to schedule the games with a 3rd person to record, both parties have to take at least two screenshots each game and upload them after the set to the recorded game section. It is allowed for each player to record their own game.
Bannable Offenses:
Any form of gamechanging thrid party programs
Alt Scout
Abusing the build anywhere bug (building further than three tiles away from your next building is considered as such)
Changing maps of the homemap pool in any shape or form
Infinite Firestorm Bug
Forcing Lag
EMP Glitch
Communication with the 3rd player about anything game related
Homemaps have to be chosen from the Homemap pool.
Each player gets one restart incase of a disconnect, reconnection error or any game stopping errors. Once that restart is used up, a drop counts as a win for the other party as long as it can be validated by a recorded game or a screenshot. More restarts because of fatal game errors are allowed if both parties agree to it, but it's not mandatory.
Scheduling:
Both players have a given time to schedule and play their games. If one player is not able to schedule, doesn't respond or doesn't show up, the other player gets an admin win and defends the title next week. In special cases we can make exceptions if the Admins agree.
